Prime Minister Hon. James Marape visited Lae on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 and Thursday, May 25, 2023, to address the Morobe Tutumang (Provincial Assembly) and a public forum at Sir Ignatius Kilage Stadium in Lae on the giant Wafi-Golpu Mine.
He also addressed University of Technology students on the United States-Papua New Guinea Defence Cooperation Agreement and addressed a Lae Chamber of Commerce and Industry breakfast.
